Most quotes are returned within an hour, for larger assemblies we may need one to three days.
How many machines do you have?
Over 30 CNC machines with extensive manual and secondary operation equipment.
What types of files do you accept?
We can open any file.
What is the largest size you can machine?
Our max travel in milling is 50″ x 150″ x 50″ but we can often reposition to fit in larger parts. Our largest turning is 33″ dia x 80″ long.
Do you have a CMM?
Yes. We have the Keyence XM-1200 and a Romer Arm. We also have the Keyence IM-7000 Instant Imagining Measurement System.
